Rover Sensor Bumper Plate
An L-bracket front bumper for the 'N20 4WD Skid-Steer Rover Base' kit. Its 16 x 60 x 4 mm base bolts to the chassis plate at (68, ±15) with M3x12 screws and nuts, sitting in 6 mm counterbores. The 60 x 40 x 4 mm face wall has a 5 x 3 grid of 3.4 mm M3 holes on a 10 mm pitch for mounting sensors, and two 3 x 8 mm zip-tie slots. It prints on its side so bumper impacts load along the layers, not across them.
