Screw Counting Tray With Pour Spout Channel
This is a pharmacy-style counting tray for loose screws, nuts and small hardware. It has a 116 x 56 mm counting area and a 45° ramp up to a divider 8 mm above the floor. Tens slide over the divider into a 16 mm side channel, and a tapered spout pours them straight into a bag or jar. The rest tips back out of the open tray. Overall it is 142 x 80 x 20 mm with 2 mm walls and floor.
