Sectional Sofa Connector Bracket
A hermaphroditic interlocking bracket that stops sectional sofa and loveseat sections from drifting apart — print two identical copies, screw one up into the bottom rail of each section with #8 wood screws (4.5 mm clearance holes, 2.5 mm counterbores for flush heads), push the sections together and slide one along the seam so each part's T-tongue hooks behind the other's lip. Plate is 104 x 40 x 8 mm with a 27 mm tongue and a tapered socket wall that wedges the joint rattle-free at full engagement; lift apart in seconds when you move house.
