Stacking Jigsaw Puzzle Sort Tray
A 150 x 150 x 20 mm sort tray for jigsaw puzzle pieces. A 43 mm lane holds edge pieces, and finger notches on two sides let you tip loose pieces out. The bottom edge has a 3 mm 45° chamfer that drops 1.2 mm into the rim of the tray below, so a stack of trays centres itself and stays put on a desk without lids or clips.
