Tipping-Bucket Rain Gauge Seesaw
This is the seesaw bucket for a DIY ESP32 or ESPHome rain gauge. It measures 70 x 34 x 25 mm and has two 33 x 26 mm compartments split by a centre divider. It pivots on a 3 mm steel pin through a 3.4 mm bore set low in the base, and a pocket on one side (8.5 mm across, 2.5 mm deep) takes a glued-in disc magnet up to 8 mm, so each tip triggers a reed switch mounted next to the bucket.
