Under-Bottom-Bracket V-Seat Cable Guide
A bolt-on replacement for the snapped plastic cable guide under a bicycle bottom bracket. It's 44 x 24 mm, with a 20° V-seat that centres on the BB shell for most shell diameters and stops the guide from rotating on its single bolt. It has two 2.2 mm wide x 2.5 mm deep grooves for bare derailleur inner cables and a 5.5 mm M5 clearance hole, counterbored 10 mm wide x 2 mm deep for the screw head.
