Window Regulator Glass Clamp Sled
This sled replaces a cracked car window-regulator glass clip. It grips the bottom edge of the glass in a 6 mm slot that fits 4–5 mm door glass plus rubber tape or epoxy. Two M5 bolts with captured nuts close the 44 mm flexing jaws, and the glass sits on the bolt shanks. An optional 6.5 mm bore suits glass that has a mounting hole. A 6.5 x 26 mm slotted foot bolts to the regulator's cable carrier with an M5 or M6 bolt. The sled measures 66 x 20 x 40 mm and prints flat, so the clamping load runs along the layers rather than across them.
