Bath Fan Motor Retrofit Slotted Adapter Plate
A 150 x 80 mm ribbed adapter plate for mounting a universal replacement bath-fan motor in the original fan housing when the bolt holes don't line up. It has 4.5 mm slots for #8 / M4 screws: four radial motor slots cover 44–76 mm across on X and 44–64 mm on Y, and two end slots reach housing holes 96–140 mm apart. A 34 mm centre bore clears the shaft and hub, and 10 mm edge ribs keep it stiff.
