Bathroom Door Chevron Transfer Air Grille
This sight-proof transfer air grille fits a 151 x 51 mm cutout through a 30–42 mm interior door, including standard 1-3/8 in (35 mm) hollow-core doors. It gives the bathroom exhaust fan a path for make-up air when the gap under the door has been closed off. You print two copies of the same 175 x 75 mm part and mount one flipped on each side of the door. Their offset 22 mm sleeves slide into each other, the 45° slats on the two sides form a chevron you can't see through, and a pair of M4 bolts through the 4.5 mm end holes clamps the two halves together.
