Cambered Truss Glue-Up Clamping Caul
A 160 x 30 x 18 mm Warren-truss clamping caul for edge-gluing panels and laminating. Its contact edge is curved with a 1.5 mm camber, so a single clamp at each end presses the middle of the joint first and spreads even pressure along the whole length. It prints flat with the clamping load in the layer plane, has jaw seats at both ends so F-clamps and quick-grip clamps don't slide off, and a 6 mm hanging hole. Print two and use them as a pair.
