Dovetail Screw-Jaw Connector Pinning Vise
This bench vise holds JST-XH, JST-PH and Dupont connector housings square while you push crimped pins in. It has a 42 mm wide sliding jaw that prints in place in a 45° dovetail with 0.5 mm clearance, and one M3 x 25–30 screw with a captured hex nut pushes it closed. The jaw opening runs from 0 to 16 mm, so it doesn't rely on any one housing size. Housings up to 40 mm long sit face-down on the bench between the jaws.
