Office Chair Caster Socket Repair Sleeve
This sleeve repairs a cracked caster socket on an office chair base. Drill the split socket out to 16 mm (5/8 in), then epoxy the sleeve in place. The 11.2 mm bore takes the common 11 x 22 mm grip-ring caster stem, and the 28 mm tube is longer than that stem. A 32 mm washer flange spreads the load across the underside of the leg. Three V-grooves hold the epoxy.
