Print-In-Place Drawer Corner Glide Roller
This replaces the 1960s–80s nylon corner roller on dresser and kitchen-cabinet drawers. It prints in one go with no bearing: a 24 mm x 8 mm wheel spins on a 5 mm pin, with 0.5 mm clearance all round, between two 4 mm cheeks. The 52 x 30 x 4 mm plate has two 4.5 mm slots, 14 mm long, that take #6 (3.5 mm) or #8 (4.2 mm) wood screws, so you can slide it up or down until the wheel sits at the right height on the old rail.
