Robot Mower Boundary Wire Splice Potting Boat
This is a 120 x 30 x 16 mm open splice housing for the perimeter wire of a robot mower (Worx, Husqvarna, Robomow style). Its 56 x 22 x 13 mm well holds a gel or crimp splice that you then fill with silicone or dielectric grease. Each end wall has two 3.4 mm wire slots for the perimeter and guide wire, sized for the common 2.7–3.4 mm jacketed wire. Two chamfer-capped posts at each end take the wire in an S-wrap, so a mower wheel or spade pulling on the wire loads the posts and not the splice. Two 5.5 mm holes take an M5 screw or a landscape peg to hold the housing in the turf. Use it instead of the cracked or discontinued OEM splice boxes.
