Round Bath Fan Grille With Slotted Spring Ribs
A 180 mm round replacement grille for older round-housing ceiling bath fans that no longer have a grille available. It covers housing openings up to about 170 mm and has a 104 mm vented field. Two upright ribs have 24 mm-long M3 slots, so a pair of standard replacement grille torsion springs can be bolted on with M3 screws and nuts at any spacing from 48 to 96 mm to match the spring slots in your housing.
