Strut Channel Quarter-Turn M5 Nut Carrier
This is a twist-lock channel nut for 1-5/8 in (41.3 mm) strut channel such as Unistrut. It is a 34 x 20 x 10 mm carrier with a pocket for a captive M5 hex nut (8 mm across flats) and a 5.5 mm bolt hole. It drops lengthwise through the 7/8 in (22 mm) slot and turns clockwise 90° on two rounded leading corners. It stops against two square corners, with each end sitting about 6 mm under the lips in 2 mm deep grooves (4 mm wide, centred 12.5 mm from the middle). You can bolt pipe saddles, brackets and test-rig parts to strut channel without buying metal spring nuts.
