TO-220 Four-Offset Lead Forming Block
A bench block with four 18 mm guide lanes for bending the legs of TO-220 and TO-247 transistors and regulators to an exact 90° offset. Each lane has a stop bar at 3, 5, 7 or 10 mm from the 18 mm-high front edge. Lay the part tab-down so its body butts against the bar, with the legs passing through the 2.2 mm gap under it. Then press the legs down over the edge to get the same lay-flat or heatsink-clearance bend on every part. The lanes take bodies up to 17 mm wide and the block measures 92 x 45 x 25 mm.
