Tool Case Print-Aligned Hinge With 4 mm Pin
A 60 mm five-knuckle replacement hinge for stackable tool cases and toolbox lids whose moulded plastic hinge has snapped. The two 21 x 3 mm leaves print flat in one go with their knuckles already lined up. Afterwards you tap in a 60 mm length of 4 mm steel rod: the leaf with three knuckles grips the rod, and the other leaf swings on it. Each leaf has three M4 / #8 slots on a 20 mm pitch, with ±3 mm of play so they can line up with the old holes.
