50 mm Flared Bass Reflex Port Tube
Screw-in bass-reflex port for car-audio and home speaker boxes: 50 mm bore, 100 mm long, 45° flares at both ends, on a 96 mm flange. Drill a 73 mm (2-7/8 in) hole-saw hole in the baffle, then fix the port with four #8 wood screws through 4.8 mm clearance holes on an 84 mm circle. No more routing MDF ports, and it prints upright with no supports.
