60 LED/m Strip 8x8 Pixel Diffuser Grid
This 8x8 egg-crate grid turns eight zig-zag rows of 60 LED/m WS2812B strip into a matrix of square pixels with no light bleeding between them. The cells sit on a 16.67 mm pitch (1000/60 mm), so each LED lights only its own cell. The finished grid is 157 x 157 x 12 mm. Each row has a 13 x 4 mm notch along the bottom edge, wide enough for 10 mm bare strip or 12 mm silicone-sleeved strip. Four M3 ears (3.4 mm holes) screw the grid to the backing board, and a sheet of paper or frosted acrylic lies on top as the diffuser.
