Multimeter Selector Rescue Knob Cap
A replacement grip for a multimeter rotary selector whose grip bar has snapped off. It fits over the broken stub and clamps it from both sides with four M3 set screws in M3 heat-set inserts (4.0 mm bores). The underside slot is 24 x 7 mm and 10 mm deep, so it takes any stub up to about 22 mm long, 6 mm thick and 9 mm tall, which means you don't need the exact spare knob for your meter. The cap is a 42 mm disc with a 16 mm tall pointer ridge and a scalloped rim for grip.
