Headphone Headband Zip-Tie Splint Saddle
A curved 89 mm channel splint that rebuilds a cracked over-ear headphone headband. Flat bands up to 27 mm wide and 5 mm thick sit against the 80 mm-radius back wall (bands with rounded edges up to about 30 mm also fit), and three recessed 5.5 mm grooves hold zip ties that pull the break shut. Most brands don't sell the headband separately, so this lets you keep a pair you'd otherwise throw out.
