Snapped Porcelain Towel Post Stub-Cover Socket
This replacement socket fits over a tiled-in porcelain towel-bar post that has snapped off. It does that without re-tiling: an 86 x 56 x 14 mm plinth has a 58 x 42 x 11 mm hollow underneath that clears the broken stub, and you can fill that hollow with silicone. Two counterbored 4.8 mm holes sit 72 mm apart for #8 screws into tile anchors. On the front, a 23 mm deep-cup socket with an M4 heat-set set-screw boss on the underside holds any 16–22 mm round bar (5/8 in and 3/4 in included). Print two, one for each end of the bar.
