Towel Bar Offset Anchor Bridge Plate
A 120 x 44 x 7 mm bridge plate for when a replacement towel bar, robe hook or paper holder has a different bracket spacing from the old one. Two 96 mm counterbored slots, 5 mm wide, take #8 (4.2 mm) or #10 (4.8 mm) screws into the existing wall anchors wherever they sit, and the heads end up below the front face. A solid 16 mm centre band has a row of 2.5 mm #6 pilot dimples on an 8 mm pitch for the new bracket screws, so you don't have to patch and redrill tile. Use it for towel hardware only. It isn't rated for grab bars.
