Hole-Free PCB Edge Clamp Carrier
A 92 x 54 mm carrier plate that mounts bare PCBs with no mounting holes — the fixed rail and a print-in-place dovetail jaw grip the board edges with 1.2 mm retaining lips, covering board widths from 11 to 65 mm of standard 1.6 mm FR4. The jaw locks with an M3 screw into a heat-set insert (4.0 mm bore) that jacks the dovetail tight, and the plate has four M3 clearance holes plus two zip-tie slots for cable strain relief.
