Insulating Banana Jack Panel Block
A plastic block that holds four 4 mm banana jacks at the standard 19.05 mm (0.75 in) dual-plug spacing and keeps them off a metal panel. The 78 x 26 mm front boss pushes through a cutout in the panel, and the 96 x 40 mm flange bolts on behind it with four M3 screws. Each jack position has a 3 mm face with a 4 mm pilot hole that you drill out to fit your jack's thread. A 13 mm well behind each hole leaves room for the jack's nut and solder lug.
