Mini-Sumo Bolt-On Sacrificial Wedge Blade
A replaceable front wedge blade, 96 mm wide, for 10 x 10 cm mini-sumo robots. It has a 1.2 mm scraping tip, a 25° ramp and a 24 mm tall back plate that bolts to the chassis front with two M3 screws, 50 mm apart, through height-adjust slots with 4 mm of travel. When the tip wears or chips after a match, you swap this part instead of reprinting the whole chassis, and the slots let you set the tip back to ground contact.
