Panel Pot And Jack PCB Brace Bracket

This L-bracket stops a PCB from flexing when connectors are plugged into the panel. Its 3 mm tab goes behind the panel and is clamped by the existing nut of a pot or jack, so the panel needs no extra holes. The 10.2 mm slot in the tab takes bushings up to 10 mm (M7 pots, 3/8 in jacks) and lets the axis sit 11–21 mm above the foot. The 40 x 22 x 4 mm foot screws to a PCB mounting hole 10–30 mm behind the panel through a 3.4 mm M3 slot, so the board stays rigid and repeated plugging doesn't crack the solder joints.
