3/4 in EMT Clamp-On Gate Hinge Knuckle
A clamp-on hinge knuckle for 3/4 in EMT conduit (23.4 mm OD) that turns conduit frames into swinging gates, fence panels and cabinet doors. Print two or more: clamp one on the post and one on the gate, then stack the 20 mm knuckles on an 8 mm steel rod or M8 bolt pin through the 8.3 mm bore. Each one tightens with a single M5 pinch bolt and nut, and the frames sit on 32 mm centres.
