Bath Fan Grille Tip-Down Hinge Retrofit
A two-leaf hinge that prints already assembled, so a bathroom exhaust-fan grille tips down for cleaning instead of hanging from its spring clips. The housing leaf has slots for #6 (3.5 mm) screws so you can adjust the height. The grille leaf has M3 clearance holes and zip-tie slots that fit round a grille rib. The knuckles are 8 mm across with a 5 mm pin, and the whole hinge is 40 x 74 mm.
