Box Fan Anti-Tip Outrigger Corner Foot
This corner shoe replaces the snap-in feet that break off cheap 20 in box fans. The fan's bottom corner sits in a 56 x 55 mm floor with a 45 mm side wall and a 30 mm front lip. A 25 mm gusseted outrigger widens the stance so the fan is harder to tip over. Two pairs of 2.5 x 7 mm slots let a standard 4.8 mm zip tie go through the front grille, and a 3.8 mm horizontal slot takes an optional #6 screw into the housing. Print two as modelled and two mirrored in the slicer for all four corners.
