Print-In-Place Flush Lift Ring Pull
A low-profile flip-up bail pull that prints already assembled: a 41 x 27.5 mm D-bail with 4.2 mm pivot pins sits in a 64 x 52 x 8 mm frame. Four counterbored 4.5 mm holes take #8 wood screws or M4 bolts. It gives van-life drawers, floor hatches, toolbox lids and sliding panels a pull that lies flat and won't snag. Every moving face has 0.5–0.6 mm of clearance, and the pivot is shaped so the bail never swings below the mounting face.
