Screw-Clamp Breaker Handle Lockout
A clamp-on lockout for single-pole breakers. It fits over the toggle through a 10 mm channel, and an M4 screw in a brass heat-set insert clamps toggles 1–10 mm thick: use M4x25 for 1–7 mm and M4x20 for 6–10 mm. A padlock shackle up to 7 mm goes through the vertical hole and blocks the screw head, so nobody can loosen the clamp until the lock comes off. The body is 51 x 20 x 20 mm and fits within the 25.4 mm breaker pitch.
